1. Rate and payment
The rates are as mentioned on the room confirmation or on the price list.
2. Conditions by cancellation, no-show and premature departure
The following cancellation fee has to be paid when withdrawing from the contract:
22 - 15 days before arrival:
1 day of the agreed daily rate
14 - 5 days before arrival:
max. 2 days of the agreed daily rate
4 days till no-show:
max. 3 days of the agreed daily rate
Premature departure:
max. 3 days of the agreed daily rate
Fees are calculated from date when cancellation notice is received by the hotel.
Travel agencies have special cancellation conditions.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be vacated by 12 am on the day of departure. Guests should occupy the room by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. The hotel should be notified in advance of late arrival; otherwise the hotel has the right to release the room to another party.
